Welcome to Sports Traider
Sports Traider is a youth-focused charity offering youngsters the kit and support they need to discover and fulfill their sporting ambition and potential, whatever their background, ability or disability.
Sports Traider have established the first chain of charity shops in the UK that specialise in sports kit and equipment. The aim is to make clothing and sport equipment affordable to all, and at the same time generate a sustainable source of funding to help disadvantaged young people participate in sport.
We channel all the money we raise back into grass-roots sport within the community area from which it was donated. We encourage kids to try new sports and help talented sporting youngsters excel. For example, by organising community sport coaching sessions, access to sporting facilities, helping with club fees or transportation, getting talented but disadvantaged athletes to training and events.
We firmly believe that community sport is an essential part of society and should be available for all, and never an inaccessible luxury.
Flawless made it all the way to the finals of BGT in 2009 and have been performing and living the dream ever since. We're excited that they will be entertaining you at Hoops Aid 2015.

Nottingham City Council to run a #KitAmnesty campaign.
VRL have kindly donated a significant amount of Commonwealth Games stock.
Clear Out For Christmas is a seasonal scheme we're running as part of the #KitAmnesty campaign.
It is in full flight now, stocking our shops for the festive shopping period, but we need more donations of second hand sports kit and equipment to keep up with the demand.
We gladly accept donations from individuals but the scheme has been tailored for organisations to sponsor collection bins/cages on their premises, asking their staff/members to clear out their wardrobes and cupboards of old or unwanted sports kit. In return we will advertise your involvement on our web site.
If you can help us by running one of these campaigns in your organisation then please contact us at email@example.com or telephone our merchandise director, Martin Keech, on 07796 334316.
ALL donations, no matter how small, are most gratefully received - THANK YOU!

A Note From Lance
I would like to thank all of our volunteers for the fantastic contribution they make at Sports Traider through the chain of charity shops, and the support they give within the community. They inspire us as people who freely donate their time, helping generate funds and coaching in order to help others. All of the money raised stays in the areas where Sports traider is located and goes back into the community to help support disabled and disadvantaged young people to access sport, who like many youngsters have the same dreams and aspirations as them, but see many hurdles to over come and just need a helping hand from time to time.
I would also like to mention and thank my management team for helping me with my vision of expanding Sports Traider and for all the time and effort everyone offers so freely, in particular more recently when my youngest son was diagnosed with Leukaemia, and to all our supporting partners and sponsors, ...
